Key Responsibilities:

- Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess applicants' qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Endorse qualified candidates for further evaluation and final interviews.
- Monitor and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking records.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification as needed.
- Facilitate job offers and onboarding requirements.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
