A Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
• Post job openings on various job portals, social media platforms, and company career pages
• Source candidates through databases, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate records
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Communicate with candidates regarding application status and feedback
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
• Meet recruitment targets, timelines, and KPIs
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs
