Responsibilities:

• Handle job portal checking in an efficient and timely manner
• Undertake administrative responsibilities (e.g. answering emails, updating reports, validating submitted candidate requirements etc.,)
• Conduct pre-screening and initial interviews
• Initiate candidate follow-ups to ensure prompt sign ups
• Facilitate Career Orientation and respond appropriately to candidate inquiries
• Assist in conducting Competitor’s Check as assigned
• Maintain, update and ensure completeness of the candidate database
• Recommend and facilitate career events to generate leads
• Coordinate with academic departments, review centers, schools, and partners
• Communicate with schools to organize internal/external career events
• Oversee team operations in the absence of the Recruitment Supervisor
• Support and recommend effective recruitment strategies
• Build and strengthen the candidate pool through sourcing methods
• Mentor Recruitment Associates and Specialists; share best practices
• Prepare and finalize reports as required by management
• Meet KPIs and targets
• Deliver tasks per the Responsibility Matrix
• Handle ad hoc duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Office Administration and any related course
• At least 2 years of Experience in Recruitment (Preferably from BPO, International Agency, Executive/Corporate, High-Load)
• Experience in Healthcare Hiring is an advantage
• Great communication skills and public speaking
• Willing to be deployed to either Malate, Manila or Makati
