Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Recruitment Specialist to attract, source, and hire top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment, has strong communication skills, and can manage the end-to-end hiring process while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and social media.
• Source and screen qualified candidates through different channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for curr
• ent and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and applicant records.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using job portals, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
