Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Staff to support end-to-end hiring processes. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient recruitment operations, delivering quality candidates, and supporting employer branding initiatives through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Process Efficiency

• Process manpower requests from requisition to candidate endorsement within agreed timelines
• Review Manpower Requisition Forms (MRFs) for completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate with requesting departments on missing or unclear details
• Post job vacancies across approved recruitment platforms
• Monitor application flow and update recruitment trackers/ATS
• Track candidate progress across recruitment stages
• Ensure adherence to recruitment service level agreements (SLAs)

2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes/CVs based on job requirements
• Conduct initial interviews (phone, virtual, or face-to-face)
• Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and job fit
• Endorse shortlisted candidates to the HR Supervisor
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events

3. Interview Coordination and Stakeholder Support

• Schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and HR
• Send interview invitations and virtual meeting links (e.g., Zoom)
• Confirm availability and send reminders
• Facilitate communication between candidates and interviewers
• Update interview status and feedback in the ATS

4. Recruitment Documentation and Compliance

• Maintain organized and complete recruitment records
• Check completeness of pre-employment requirements
• Endorse documents for 201 file creation
• Update candidate information in ATS and HR systems
• Ensure audit readiness and proper documentation handling

5. Offer Management and Onboarding Support

• Prepare job offer documents when assigned
• Schedule and coordinate job offer discussions
• Explain employment terms and conditions to candidates
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
• Assist in new hire orientation sessions

6. Digital Recruitment and Employer Branding

• Create job advertisements using Canva or similar tools
• Develop and post recruitment content (graphics/videos)
• Utilize job platforms effectively (JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Use AI tools to enhance sourcing and content creation
• Edit recruitment videos using tools like CapCut or Canva

7. Compliance and Governance

• Follow company recruitment policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with the Data Privacy Act
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information
• Report any process deviations or compliance issues
• Adhere to company safety and health policies

8. Other Responsibilities

• Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate superior
• Assist in HR and recruitment-related projects

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• At least 1 year experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
