QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment is preferred.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding endorsement.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate assessments, interviews, and final interviews with hiring managers.
• Facilitate job offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
