Responsibilities:
· End-to-end recruitment process
· Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
· Understand Australian market trends and specific job requirements.
·Coordinate interviews and manage client and candidate communications.
·Post engaging job ads on platforms. Build a strong, reliable talent pool for future and active vacancies.
Qualifications:
·Proven experience (3+ years) recruiting in the Australian market.
·Familiarity with the Australian work culture, salary brackets, and visa types (if applicable).
·Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
·Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
