Job Objective

To help the company hire qualified employees by sourcing, screening, and assisting applicants throughout the recruitment process.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Source, screen, and contact potential applicants.
• Conduct initial interviews and schedule candidates for final interview.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from onboarding to offboarding.
• Assist new hires during onboarding and orientation.
• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding staffing needs.
• Maintain and update applicant and employee records.
• Prepare recruitment and HR reports.
• Handle employee offboarding, including exit process and clearance coordination.
• Attend job fairs and recruitment activities when needed.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience (1+ years) as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
• Must be a graduate of Psychology or Human Resource Management.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment channels.
• Can handle end-to-end recruitment process (from onboarding to offboarding).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• With people management skills.
• Can work from Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per day.
• Preferably female applicants.
