The Recruitment Specialist manages the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires talented candidates. This role involves sourcing applicants, coordinating interviews, assessing qualifications, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill vacancies efficiently.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Knowledge of recruitment techniques, interviewing methods, and employment laws.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
