Description

  • Participate in the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent within the BPO & Call Center industry
  • Maintain candidate databases and trackers for reporting metrics
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations
  • Screen and interview candidates, organize assessments, and facilitate onboarding
  • Adhere to NDM Philippines' policies and employment laws/regulations
  • Collaborate with universities and industry partners for recruitment initiatives

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

- Minimum Diploma degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Experience Level:

- Less than 1-year experience in a recruitment role.

Skills and Competencies:

- Proficient in talent management and acquisition strategies.

- Skilled in various recruiting techniques and platforms.

- High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication.

- Computer literate with proficiency in recruitment software and MS Office.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.

- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.

- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.

- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

Working Conditions:

- Fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting recruitment targets.

- May require working outside regular hours during peak recruiting seasons.

Qualities and Traits:

- Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

- Demonstrates integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
