Description

  • Responsible for manpower acquisition and maintenance, assuring job fit and development of required competence. Also responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and recommending qualified candidates while maintaining relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  • Responsible in performing a variety of Employee Relations tasks that includes observing legal safety regulations, adhering to general labor standards, help prevent and resolve problems or disputes between employees and management, deals with employee misconduct, resolving ongoing conflicts, administering case hearing, and assist in creating and enforcing policies that are fair and consistent for everyone in the workplace.
  • Responsible for counseling management and employees on employee relations issues and investigating and processing claims, cases, complaints and incident reports.

Requirements

  • Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assisting recruitment by selecting, orienting and training employees.
  • Maintains human resources staff job result by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job result
  • Provides plan for the daily operations of the Recruitment. Such plain but not limited to the following:
  • Schedule of work priorities.
  • Plans for the use of manpower, equipment, time and other resources to meet deadlines and operating demand.
  • Improves and/or maintaining work capabilities.
  • Design recruitment Plan/Strategies.
  • Implementing the recruitment process and its components
  • Design recruitment tools related to recruitment process.
  • Sources applicant thought (Job search engine, Brgy., Job Fair, School, Leaflets/Flyering, Job Posting, Employee Referral Walk-in and Review Center Career Talk)
  • Coordinates w/ the requesting department on the schedule of technical interview, hands-on exam and final interview.
  • Endorse applicants to requisitioning department for technical interview, hands-on exam and final interview
  • Updates Manpower status request.
  • Coordinates with different Universities for partnership, job fair, career talk and list of graduates.
  • Conduct data analysis on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Updates recruitment procedure and other recruitment forms.
  • Supervises recruitment staff on their activities.
  • Check recruitment reports submitted by recruitment staff.
  • Building productive, collaborate relationship with employees.
  • Conduct Exit interview for resigned employees.
