Description
- Assist in sourcing candidates using various recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Support the recruitment team in administrative tasks and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the recruitment software.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or HR.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
