Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: At least 3rd year College Undergraduate
• Experience Level: 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Team Lead in a BPO company
• Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Skills and Competencies: Wide knowledge about other sourcing channels/sourcing strategies
• Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
