Job Summary

The HR Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company career pages.
  • Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Perform reference and background checks when required.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment records.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare job offers and assist with onboarding activities.
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and hiring success rates.
