- Source, screen, and interview candidates; maintain a candidate database; collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Enhance employer brand through effective communication.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in communication, social media recruiting, and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Bossjob Recruitment, Indeed Recruitment, and Jobstreet Recruiter.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to change.
