Work arrangement: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm - Full onsite

Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of SAP and IT professionals. Works closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, source qualified candidates, manage the interview process, and ensure timely hiring of SAP consultants, developers, analysts, and support specialists.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for SAP and IT-related roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and workforce plans.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking events, and databases.
• Conduct initial HR and technical pre-screening interviews.
• Assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, certifications, and cultural fit.
• Verify candidate qualifications, employment history, and references.
• Facilitate salary negotiations and employment offers.
• Manage pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field.
• 5 to 6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT, SAP, or technical hiring.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• With experience in volume hiring, fast-paced environment, and for technical and non-technical positions.
