Description

We are hiring a Records Retrieval Specialist to handle the collection of case-related documents. This role involves working with medical facilities, coordinating authorizations, and ensuring that all documentation is processed efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete process of retrieving medical records for assigned cases
  • Submit authorization requests and maintain communication with medical facilities
  • Coordinate any necessary notary services
  • Keep case notes updated and manage documentation records
  • Verify information for each case to ensure accuracy

Requirement

  • High School Diploma required; college courses are an advantage
  • At least 6 months of BPO customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
