The Reception Head is responsible for supervising and ensuring the smooth operation of the service reception area, including warranty, job control, and service ac'visors. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, process efficiency, and compliance with Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) standards.
Bachelors' Degree in Automotive Course or equivalent
Certification related to automotive or with regards to sales, marketing and customer relations
3-5 years' experience in related field
Customer handling skills
Leadership skill
Attention to detail and accuracy
Team management skills
Proficient of Microsoft word and excel
Experience with related to Customer service
