We are seeking an EXPERIENCED, dedicated and customer-focused Receptionist. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation in a fine dining environment. 

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
2. Handling inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone
3. Checking guests in and out efficiently and ensuring a seamless experience
4. Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
5. Providing excellent customer service and resolving any guest concerns promptly

What we're looking for

1. 5'4 in height and college graduate.
2. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably as a Receptionist
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests of all backgrounds
4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of situations
5. Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
6. A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
