- Client Service: Welcome guests, assist walk-ins, and maintain a warm, professional atmosphere.
- Scheduling: Book, modify, and confirm appointments via phone, email, and social media.
- Cashier Duties: Process payments (cash, cards, mobile wallets) and manage the cash register.
- Shop Coordination: Communicate with barbers regarding their schedules and wait times to ensure the shop runs efficiently.
- Front Desk Upkeep: Keep the reception area and waiting room clean, organized, and stocked with reading materials or beverages
