Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Process cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Handle client records and other administrative documents with confidentiality.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient client service.
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
