Welcome and assist clients professionally
• Manage appointments, bookings, and inquiries
• Handle calls, messages, and client follow-ups
• Assist in cashiering and daily reports
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Coordinate with therapists, aestheticians, and hairstylists regarding schedules and clients
Qualifications:
• With pleasing personality and good communication skills
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• Organized, responsible, and trustworthy
• Familiar with Facebook, Messenger, and basic computer tasks
• Experience in salon or aesthetic clinic is a plus
