Description

·      Assists walk-in guests, clients unit owners, tenants, etc. on their inquiries and liaises them to appropriate units or individuals.

·      Receives and relays business calls and messages to appropriate units or individuals.

·      Receives, sorts and distributes mails and utility bills to different units or individuals.

·      Monitors the complaints of unit owners or tenants and relay them to the appropriate units and makes necessary follow-ups on the progress of the complaints when needed.

·      Monitors and records log-in and log-out time of guests, unit owner, tenants and employees.

·      Responsible for boardroom and meeting room reservations.

·      Coordinates with the Superior for problems or concerns encountered and instructions.

·      Prepares and submits required reports.

 

Others

·      Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

 

Requirement

Education

- BS Degree Holder       

Work Experience

- At least 1 year work experience in performing the same capacity         

Communication        

- Proficient oral and written English communication

Technical Competence

      -  Knowledgeable and with experience in handling Office Administration, purchasing,

           housekeeping services     

      -  Ability to present ideas and coordinate with suppliers

      -  Can negotiate arrangements with internal and external people to arrive at a win-win solution

      -  Has eyes for details in checking billings and reports

   -  Can mentally adjust to varying situations      

Social Competence

      -  Responsive in providing customer service to tenant / unit owners’ concerns queries

      -  Above average interpersonal relations skills

Computer Skills           

Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), FPD Nexus, Virtual Meeting Applications         

Working Condition: Office Based. Non-hazardous environment
