TL AISA:

Requirements:

High school diploma

Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.

Basic understanding of construction site safety.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.

Good communication skills.

Reliable and punctual attendance.

Experience with hand tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Assisting in lifting and threading rebars based on site requirements and assigned work orders.

• Operate Cut-off Machine and Grinding Machine.

• Monitoring health and safety protocols to ensure compliance.

• Assisting with checking, maintenance of machines as necessary.

• Strict adherence to company policies and protocols in accordance with labor laws.

• Willingness to be assigned to or assist with other tasks as instructed by the General Manager and Supervisor related to company work.
