- Understand the trend in Real Estate sales.
- Coach, train, and people management.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Work closely with the marketing team and align with sales goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Requirement
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales Management preferably in the Real Estate industry or similar.
- Hands-on experience in sales strategies, people management, and negotiations.
- Adept understanding of the Real Estate License, Real Estate, and Real Property.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
- License Broker is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven track record of sales success in the real estate industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
