·     Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

·     Leading cross-functional teams.

·     Assigning tasks and responsibilities.

·     Serving as the primary liaison with clients.

·     Coordinating with suppliers and vendors.

·     Monitoring project progress and ensuring safety standards.

·     Managing risks and issues promptly.

·     Tracking expenses and controlling project costs.

·     Preparing and presenting progress reports.

·     Maintaining accurate records of project phases, contracts, and change orders.

·     Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

·     Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

·     Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.

·     Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

·     Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).

·     Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

·     PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

·     Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

·     Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.

·     Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

·     Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
