This company is the biggest chain of furniture and home stores and has over 1000 branches nationwide.

  • Visit and conduct property area analysis, shopping center visits, customer and tenant analysis, and sales estimation.
  • Negotiate with Filipino / Japanese managers regarding leasing and contract terms including the discussion of construction and asset classifications.
  • Create competitor Analysis to stay ahead of emerging trends and rival strategies.
  • Support store openings: promotional activities, coordination with owners, media relations.
  • Work with the other department to boost the stores on social media and collaborate with other departments to make sure our current locations stay successful.

Requirements

  • JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer or Non-Passer.
  • Excellent English communication skills is a big plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate development in the retail industry or at a real estate company is a big advantage.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or undergraduate applicants with experience in the related role.
