- Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred but not required).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with real estate marketing, MLS listings, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
