- Help clients buy, sell, rent, or lease properties.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process.
- Create and manage property listings.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Provide follow-up support after transactions.
- Keep records of transactions and client interactions.
- Prepare contracts and necessary documents.
- Seek new business opportunities and clients.
- Attend industry events to expand the network.
- Follow real estate laws and regulations.
- Maintain high professional standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Participate in training to improve skills.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using computers
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ongoing commitment to professional development and training
- Willing to work in Silang, Cavite
- Salary to be discussed during interview
- Resides within Cavite Area ( Silang or Dasmariñas)
