• Negotiation: Negotiate purchase agreements, rental agreements, and contracts. Strive to achieve the best terms for clients while maintaining fairness and transparency.
• Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract clients and promote properties. Utilize social media, online listings, and traditional marketing methods.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying, selling, or renting process. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Experience:

• Previous experience in real estate sales preferred. New agents with a strong sales background will be considered.

Education:
