• Supervision of the Clinical Application unit.
• Prepare and test ultrasound machine and accessories prior to delivery and demo
• Prepare ultrasound delivery and demo checklist and countercheck with the dispatch officer
• Performs product demonstration to potential clients. Explain the knobology, functions and features of the ultrasound machine
• Provide product training and orientation to end-users
• Assist clients with their concerns regarding the ultrasound machine thru text, call or online messaging
• Report machine related issues to engineers on duty
• Improve product competence thru trainings and by reviewing datasheet of ultrasound products
