Area of Assignment: PBSP Head Office (Citynet Central, Mandaluyong City)

JOB SUMMARY

Oversees the operation and management of the Mobile Community TB Caravan equipment for use during TB Caravan Screening events

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

1. Operates the Digital X-ray and Gene Expert Machine during Mobile Community TB Caravan Events

2. Prepares the related results for interpretation of the RHU Physician or assigned event physician

3. Prepares related documentation and reports

4. Supports the Mobile Caravan Nurse Coordinator during the screening activities

5. Ensures that the equipment is in good working order by regularly scheduling maintenance and repair work for the machine;

6. Coordinates with PBSP Support Units for the efficient run of the events

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES

Education : Must be a licensed radiologic technologist

Experience : Preferably with at least 6 months clinical experience (private/public, DOTS and/or PMDT clinical experience an advantage)

Other / Special Skills : Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications. Has knowledge and ability to create presentations and reports. Knowledgeable and familiar with technical, clinical and operational aspects of the NTP, particularly on DOTS.
