Position Overview

The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for conducting diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, and other radiologic examinations. The role ensures patient comfort, safety, and the production of high-quality images essential for precise diagnosis and treatment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of imaging procedures including X-rays, CT scans, and other radiologic examinations.
  • Ensure correct patient positioning and apply proper radiation protection measures.
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain radiologic equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Prepare and administer contrast media or medications as required for specific procedures.
  • Follow established imaging protocols to maintain consistent quality and patient safety.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, patient information, and equipment reports.
  • Coordinate with radiologists, physicians, and other medical professionals for timely interpretation and reporting of imaging results.
  • Provide clear instructions to patients and address any concerns to ensure comfort and understanding.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies related to radiologic practices.
  • Participate in continuing education and training to stay updated with advancements in radiologic technologies and techniques.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology.
  • Valid PRC License as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in operating radiologic equipment and knowledgeable in radiographic techniques.
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety standards and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining accurate records.
  • Dedicated to patient safety, care, and confidentiality.
