- Prepares detailed cost estimates and budgets for interior Fit-Out projects by reviewing plans, specifications, and site conditions.
- Handles quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns for architectural finishes, MEPF works, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Evaluates materials, and purchase offers based on project scope and requirements.
- Resolves cost discrepancies by analyzing documentation and coordinating with suppliers or site teams.
- Estimate the quantity and costs of materials
- Prepare contracts and documents
- Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials
- Track changes in plans or constructions; update budgets
- Negotiate and prepare payments with contractors and subcontractors
- Hire and document contractors and subcontractors
- Act as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineers
- Advise clients on improvements, strategies, and/or estimated costs
- Document progress, materials, and reports on project
- Prepares and presents project budgets, proposals, and reports to management and/or clients.
- Supports project bidding by preparing tender documents and cost analyses.
- Visits project sites as needed for measurements, inspections, or verifications.
- Monitors progress of projects against budget and advises on necessary cost adjustments.
