Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out and interior construction projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, BOQ, and scope of works.
• Monitor project costs, materials, manpower, and subcontractor expenses.
• Conduct quantity take-offs Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding project costs and variations.
• Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
• Evaluate quotations and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Track project progress billing and accomplishment reports.
• Identify potential cost risks and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Review and validate change orders, variations, and additional works.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports for management review.
• Assist in procurement and material planning for fit-out projects.
• Maintain proper documentation of all project costing records.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect is preferred Civil
• At least 3–5 years of experience in fit-out, interior construction, or renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge in fit-out works

such as:

Ceiling works

Drywall partitions

Carpentry and joinery

Painting works

Flooring works

•  Knowledgeable in quantity surveying, budgeting, and project cost control.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
• At least 3-5 years experience in fit-out, interior construction, or renovation projects.
