Description
- Responsible for pricing or forecasting the cost of the different components needed in the project.
- Tracking changes to the design and/or installation works.
- Responsible for adjusting budget projections in the project.
- Selecting and sourcing of materials, contractors and sub-contractors.
- Experience in site supervision is an advantage.
- The position is responsible for estimating the costs of projects, working with contractors, builders, and architects to provide the most cost-effective plans that meet high-quality standards.
- Reviewing architectural/Interior/Modular plans and preparing quantity needs.
- Preparing contracts and documents.
- Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials.
- Analyzing costs for maintenance and additional installation needs
Requirements
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
- Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in related field.
- Estimate the quantity and costs of materials and scope of works.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ability to use specialist software.
- Knowledgeable in Building codes, regulations, construction contracts, cost estimation, cost control, financial management, risk management and project management.
- Willing to be assigned in Makati.
