Join our dynamic team as a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical) and play a key role in ensuring every project is delivered on time and within budget. You will oversee cost management, bidding, and project settlements, while working closely with project teams to maintain accuracy and

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently manage quantity surveying tasks, including bidding, price comparison, and project pre- and post-settlement work.
• Ensure accurate measurement, documentation, and cost control throughout electrical projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to support timely and cost-effective project execution.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports, schedules, and financial records related to project costs.
• Demonstrate diligence, proactivity, responsibility, and attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Electrical Engineering Graduate.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in quantity surveying (electrical projects).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
