Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, and cost variations.
  • Prepare progress billings, payment evaluations, and final accounts.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors on cost-related matters.
  • Assist in procurement and bid evaluation processes.
  • Maintain accurate cost records and project documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management is preferred.
  • Proficient in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and estimating software is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
