What We're Looking For:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Extensive experience in Contract Management and Cost Planning
• Strong Financial Management and Analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
• Familiarity with SMM7, NRM1, and NRM2
• Membership with PICQS is a plus
