JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Assist the Quantity Surveyor in quantity take-offs and measurements.

2. Support tendering, procurement, and subcontract administration activities.

3. Assist in the review of progress payments and project costs.

4. Maintain records of contracts, variations, claims, and commercial documents.

5. Prepare reports and supporting documents as required.

6. Coordinate with project teams and other departments on commercial matters.

7. Perform other tasks assigned by management.
