We are looking for a proactive Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our MEP/EPC construction team. The candidate will support the commercial and project teams by managing cost estimation, quantity take-offs, budgeting, and financial control for electrical works across construction projects.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 2–3 years of experience in MEP / EPC / construction projects
  • Strong understanding of electrical installations (LV/MV, lighting, power, ELV preferred)
  • Knowledge of quantity surveying and cost control principles
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and estimating / QS software
  • Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare electrical quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
  • Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications
  • Support tendering, bid evaluation, and subcontractor comparisons
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, and variations
  • Prepare progress claims, interim payments, and final accounts
  • Coordinate with project teams, procurement, and subcontractors
  • Prepare monthly cost reports and ensure contract compliance
