Description
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and cost planning for CSA works.
- Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with budgetary limits.
- Conduct cost analysis, risk assessments, and feasibility studies for projects.
- Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Provide regular financial progress reports to management.
Requirement
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or related Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations related to CSA works.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel for site inspections and project requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
