Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and project coordination.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in project coordination, process improvements, and architectural knowledge.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage project costs, prepare estimates, and collaborate with teams to optimize project delivery.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with site visits; potential for extended hours during project deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, excellent communication skills, and a team player.
