POSITION: QC Engineer

REPORTS TO: QC Supervisor

SECTION/GROUP: QC

BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for ensuring high quality in process output products and services by monitoring and reducing 4 M 1 E variations, including coordination with Production, Engineering, support groups, and Customer for the achievement of quality requirements.

1. Ensures Daily Control in the assigned area

2. Handles Abnormal Treatment for quality-related issues

3. Implements System Standardization

4. Conducts process and product audits. But may also be the auditee during internal and third-party audits.

5. Supports production for the skill-up of operators through the following:

6. Follows, implements, and maintains the Quality Management, Environmental Management, and Safety policies and procedures of the company. Ensures proper housekeeping within the area of responsibility.

Education: Engineering Graduate (ME ECE EE IE CE)

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the related industry.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Applicants may be required to work overtime or on weekends and holidays. Now we don’t have night shift; however, if our production peaks, we may consider two shifts, so the schedule may change.
