Assist in the implementation and sustainability of the quality programs, activities, policies, and standards.

Sustain the quality standards.

Prepare & implement quality control policies & procedures.

Execute effective planning of QC inspections.

Execute manpower allocation in the QC inspection process and Genba manning.

Evaluate existing controls, processes, and quality inspections for continuous improvement.

Evaluate quality control performance and ensure the QCQA team achieves its goals & targets.

Identify and resolve process issues that might affect the quality of the products and services.

Ensure that quality standards and safety regulations are observed.

Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors.

Document quality assurance activities and programs.

Plan and formulate continuous training and development of members to enhance competency.

Make recommendations for improvement.

Coordinate with the Production Team on performance efficiency.

Work schedule: MONDAY TO FRIDAY (AS PER COMPANY CALENDAR, SELECTED SATURDAYS OFF) 8:00～17:00
