Description
- Oversee the development and implementation of quality management systems.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Lead initiatives to improve process efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- Train and mentor staff on quality management processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in quality management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proficient in quality control methodologies and tools
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
