Production Supervisor

Description

• Oversee day-to-day production operations ensuring efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Quality Control, Cost Management, HACCP, and familiarity with FMCG practices.
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Working Conditions: May require working in a factory setting with exposure to varying temperatures and machinery.
