- Leads the Quality Assurance department and investigates escalated cases involving violations or non-compliance. Develops strategies to improve quality across operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Preferably with a Certified Security Profession and Security Officer License.
- Professional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus.
- Proven experience in quality assurance and investigations.
- Office-based work with field visits.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Excellent written documentation and reporting.
- Strong work ethic and team player.
Willing to start ASAP!
