Responsibilities
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for monitoring and evaluating travel agents’ interactions, booking accuracy, and compliance with company standards using Global Distribution Systems (GDS). The role ensures high-quality customer service, accurate travel bookings, and continuous process improvement.
Job Requirements
- 2 years completed in College or College Graduate
- Experience: 1–2 years BPO QA for Travel Campaign with at least a year of GDS experience Work Set-Up: Onsite.
