- Conduct regular inspections and testing of products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections and testing results.
- Collaborate with production teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality standards.

- Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: JLPT N1 and N2, strong written and verbal communication, quality maintenance, auditing skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct audits, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require occasional travel
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and excellent problem-solving abilities
